Before you embark on your adventure – whether relaxation, fun, or both – we would like to quickly tell you something: our house rules.
Sound boring? Don't worry, we deliberately didn't set them in stone, but created them with a belief in common sense. 😁
Why are there rules here at all?
Quite simply: so that it is pleasant for everyone – for you, your neighbors and those who come after you.
What do the house rules do for you?
More holiday fun: When everyone thinks together, everything runs more smoothly – without hecticness, without stress.

So, here we go:
👉We have made every effort to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Therefore, we ask that you please treat our apartment as if it were your own. Please let us know and we will find a solution.
👉 We ask you to wash used dishes before departure and to put them back in the cupboards after drying them.
👉 Please also be considerate of other guests. We ask that you keep noise to a minimum after 10 p.m.
👉 Our apartments are non-smoking. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony. An ashtray is provided there.
👉 Pets are not allowed in our holiday apartments.
👉 Please never let the keys out of your hands. If you lose a key, please report it immediately; we will have to charge you for the replacement costs.

👉 Parties and bachelorette parties are not allowed. Other parties are not allowed.
