Dear guests,

We're glad you're here! Before you embark on your adventure—whether it's relaxation, fun, or both—we'd like to quickly share something with you: our house rules. Sound boring? Don't worry, we've deliberately not set them in stone, but rather in friendly, plain English. 😁

Why are there rules here at all?

Quite simply: To make it pleasant for everyone—for you, your neighbors, and those who come after you. Because let's be honest: Who wants to deal with noise at midnight, missing towels, or a surprise refrigerator biotope?

What do the house rules do for you?

More holiday fun: When everyone thinks along, everything runs more smoothly – no hassle, no stress. A feel-good factor of 100: A little consideration turns many individual guests into a cozy community. A quick overview: No more wondering what's allowed where.

Happy hosts = happy guests

So now it starts:

πŸ‘‰We have made every effort to make our guests' stay as comfortable as possible. Therefore, we ask that you please treat our apartment as if it were your own.

πŸ‘‰ If you accidentally damage something, please let us know and we will find a solution.

πŸ‘‰ Please dispose of your rubbish in the rubbish shed at the car park before you leave.

πŸ‘‰ We ask you to wash used dishes before departure and put them back in the cupboards after drying them.

πŸ‘‰ Please also consider the other guests in the neighboring apartments. We ask you to be considerate after 10 p.m. and keep noise to a minimum.

πŸ‘‰ Our apartment is non-smoking. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony. An ashtray is provided there.

πŸ‘‰ Pets are not allowed in our holiday apartments.

πŸ‘‰ Please never let the keys out of your hands. Lost keys must be reported immediately, and the guest is liable for the replacement cost.

πŸ‘‰ We cannot accept liability for the guest's valuables.

πŸ‘‰ Bachelor parties and other parties are not allowed

With that in mind: feet up, smile on your face – and thank you for helping to make this place a pleasant place for everyone.
